30-Day Money Back Guarantee*
Watch Mecca is proud
of its customer service track record and wants to ensure that our customers are
satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we offer a 30-Day Money Back
Guarantee* for all purchases made from Watch Mecca that do not meet your
expectations. If, during 30 days from the invoice date, you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us and let us know if you
would like a credit, refund or exchange. We will issue a credit, refund or
exchange for the full amount minus shipping and handling charges.
A Return Merchandise Authorize (RMA)
number is required for all credits/refunds/exchanges. In order to receive an RMA
number, you will need to send an e-mail to "sales@watchmecca.com" and provide your
order number, contact/e-mail information and reason for the return. We cannot
issue a credit, refund or exchange without this RMA number.
All returned merchandise must be in
"new" condition along with the original
packing materials, accessories and instruction manual to Watch Mecca and will
either issue a credit, refund or exchange depending upon your
choice.

Watch Winder Warranty
Revolutionary brand watch winders
are warranted for manufacturing defects for one year. For North America
consumers, return any defected unit to the North America service center as noted
below, along with proof of purchase. Please email the service center first prior
to return the unit for servicing.
Defects due
to the following reasons are considered out of warranty and charges will
apply:
1. Over the one year warranty
period;
2. Drop of breakage or due to any
mishandling by customers;
3. Opened or repaired by non-approved
technician.
The
following are not covered by the warranty:
1. Scratches, dirt, stain, broken
glass or broken parts.
2. Normal wear and
tear.
If the unit needs to be mailed
for service, make sure it is packed in its original packaging or very well
cushioned. Cost of freight must be prepaid. (You may send via post office or by
UPS ground). Please write a note about the problems along with returning
address, telephone number, fax, email and proof of purchase. You will be
notified if there are any charges. We shall return the unit via UPS ground upon
completion of servicing.
